Hi there!

My name is Paula Warren, the servant chosen for bringing you this new ministry for Christ (currently under charity formation) - Divine Connections. 

Just a few words about me - I am married to a wonderful young man by the name of Neil and we have a beautiful young daughter called Isla who is full of energy and an awesome gift from God. Our church home is Hillsong Church London and has been since November 2004. Hillsong is truly bearing good and lasting fruit and God is definately building His House through them in an incredible way.

Enough about me - what about Divine Connections? 

Divine Connections (Divcon) was created by a divinely inspired idea to assist in uniting the church in love across all Christian denomination. This project has a focus on developing ways the Christian community can connect and communicate in order to take focus off of our denominational differences and to put more focus into promoting a lifestyle of encouragement, care, honour, blessing and love within the body of Christ. John 13:35 says we are called to love God with a passion and to love each other, so the world knows we are His disciples - there is power in unity and love is spiritual warfare.

Acts 2:42-47 describes the model of church life and we believe that this model of ‘church’ is what we need to build our foundations on today to have an influencial, powerful, impacting church in the world we live. Our passion is to develop the social side of christian life and the love that we need to express amongst ourselves from that love that was given to us by Jesus. Divine Connections are devoted to creating open doors, by using the internet as a platform for this love to be shown and relationships developed through communicating with each other, whether individual, church or christian charity or business. This gives us the opportunity for people to connect who would never generally meet because of location or denomination. We want to encourage the act of love for others and unity within the body of Christ, one heart, one mind. Denomination equals division, and division brings about destruction (Mark 3:25). We also want to hold social and training events in areas over the UK where the focus will be on communicating and building relationships in every area of life which includes developing our love walk with God and with each other. Also, to partner with other organisations to give training and information which will benefit churches and charities to maximise their standing financially and within their community.

We work to serve the christian community in the UK through the creation of facilities to make connections with others. We take a non-judgemental stance and have a mutual respect and love for all.

I pray that you accompany Divine Connections on this journey of building and bonding the Church and living as ONE FAMILY so that when the unsaved looks in, they see the attractive nature of our Lord Jesus Christ and are drawn to Him.
